Orders

All in-stock jewellery normally ships within 1 to 3 days from the time of order, and an order confirmation is provided promptly at the time of purchase. Should you need your piece sooner, we will make every effort to meet your deadline.

Custom Orders

Please email all custom order requests to jenna@valentinerouge.com. We will do our best to accommodate your custom design. Please note that additional fees may apply, and all custom orders are final sale.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Sezzle. Once your order is received, you will receive a confirmation inclusive of taxes and shipping. Please see our Shipping page for more information.

Gifts & Gift Certificates

Please indicate any gift items and instructions at checkout. Every piece includes a suede pouch and arrives beautifully wrapped in our pink linen, branded and embossed boxes finished with pink ribbon.

Lifetime Warranty

Valentine Rouge jewellery is professionally handcrafted with meticulous care, using high-quality materials. Every order is carefully inspected and free from known defects prior to shipping. We stand behind our work with a lifetime warranty: we will repair or replace any piece we deem defective as a result of the manufacturing process, at no additional cost to you. Damages due to negligence or improper care may be subject to additional charges. Please review the Product Care section below to keep your pieces at their best.

Product Care

Cared for properly, Valentine Rouge jewellery can be treasured for generations. Follow these guidelines to preserve the lustre and beauty of every piece.

18k Alloy & 18k Palladium Metals

Avoid contact with hairspray, oils, lotions, perfume, and household chemicals. Always apply scent and lotions first, and put your jewellery on last when getting dressed. Avoid showering with your jewellery, and keep it away from salty air, ocean swimming, pools, chlorine, and chemicals.

Storage matters too. Each piece arrives in a protective box with a tarnish-resistant pouch; between wearings, keep your jewellery in its original packaging and wrap each piece separately to protect it from scratching. This will keep its colour and lustre for generations to come.

Precious Stones

Protect precious-stone jewellery from impact against hard surfaces and avoid contact with abrasive surfaces, as precious stones can scratch or be scratched. Keep gemstones away from extreme temperatures, perfumes, body oils, and household chemicals, which can damage natural gemstones or alter and fade their colour. We suggest avoiding wear at the beach or gym, or during any activity that increases these risks.

Cubic Zirconia & Swarovski Crystal

Store all crystal jewellery in its original Valentine Rouge packaging to keep the crystals from getting scratched. Remove crystal pieces before daily routines: for example, take off a crystal ring before washing your hands, and remove all jewellery before washing your face, applying lotion or perfume, or using hairspray. The chemicals in soaps and other products wear away at the metallic coating over time, causing the crystal to lose its sparkle. Polish crystals frequently with our branded soft, lint-free cloth.
