    RETURN POLICY

    Please email us at jenna@valentinerouge.com for directions on shipping returns.

    We hope you are thrilled with your purchase from Valentine Rouge, but in the event that you are not completely enamoured, please return the item within 14 days of receipt, and a refund or exchange will be issued. Shipping is not included.

    A refund or exchange will be issued provided the purchase is returned in its original packaging, in its original, unaltered condition. Items not in their original condition or showing signs of obvious wear will not be eligible for credit or exchange.

    Valentine Rouge will notify you by email as soon as a refund or exchange has been issued. Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. 

    Kindly note, Valentine Rouge Online only accepts returns or exchanges made online and does not accept returns or exchanges which were purchased in retail stores. Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable merchandise credit.

    Kindly note: At this time we cannot take returns on custom orders. ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.
